- Assistant Coach - Recruiting Coordinator
Bio
Coach Bailey Wallace was named Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the Westcliff University softball program in September 2025. In her current role, she works directly with infielders, hitters, first base coach, and calls pitches during games. She also leads recruiting efforts, focusing on bringing in high, impact athletes to strengthen the program.
Coach Bailey first joined the Warriors in the 2023–2024 season as a volunteer assistant, coaching the infield and hitters while also serving as the first base coach. She then returned to the field as a player for her senior season in 2024–2025. That year, she earned First Team All-Cal Pac, was named Cal Pac Player of the Week and Warrior of the Week, and made program history with two walk-off wins against nationally ranked Hope University.
Before Westcliff, Coach Bailey played NCAA Division II softball at Cal State San Bernardino (2020–2022), where she was known as one of the top hitters in the CCAA and earned All-Tournament, at the Concordia Irvine Classic.
In addition to coaching at Westcliff, Coach Bailey serves as Head Coach of the WFA 18U Wallace team, a role she took on in October 2023. Now in her second year, she has built a competitive and disciplined team culture. She emphasizes character development through team devotionals and has expanded her coaching to include bullpen work with pitchers, in addition to leading the hitting program. She also serves as Director of Player Development for the Wallace Fastpitch Academy.
Coach Bailey resides in Rancho Cucamonga with her two German Shepherds, Bubba and Ranger. She holds a degree in Business and aspires to open her own indoor training facility and lead the Wallace Fastpitch Academy organization full time in the future.
