Warriors Return Home from Arizona Trip 2-1

Arizona – The Lady Warriors went on the road this past weekend, playing SAGU-AIC and
Benedictine University-Mesa. Westcliff made quick work of SAGU-AIC on Friday and
Saturday, sweeping them twice. However, the Redhawks of Benedictine-Mesa proved to be too much for the warriors to handle besting the warriors in three. Westcliff was led by junior outside hitter, Riley Hausner, who had 8 kills and 3 aces against Benedictine-Mesa. Crissy Almorade and Kaitlin Meyer also chipped in 8 digs and 10 digs in the effort. In the second sweep against SAGU-AIC, Sydney Hill led Westcliff with 7 digs and Neliza Becker had 3 blocks. The Westcliff University warriors return home to face West Coast Baptist College on 10/26 for their final home match of the season, which is also senior night.
