Joey O’Keefe

Director of Men’s and Women’s Soccer


Joey O’Keefe grew up in Victorville, California where he went on to play at Biola University. While at Biola University, Joey was a three-time GSAC All-Conference Player and Player of the Year for the GSAC in his senior season also securing the University’s first outright league title. O’Keefe was the only American born athlete to be awarded to the NAIA “First Team All-American” team in 2015. Joey played 3 years in the PDL League 2 for So Cal Seahorses then went on to sign a professional contract to play for BSK Bischofshofen in Salzburg, Austria. O’Keefe is now a scout for the LA Galaxy and travels internationally to recruit players for the Galaxy II USL-Pro squad.

O’Keefe also coaches at Pacifica Christian High School in Newport Beach where he received back to back Coach of the Year awards, 2017-2019

Joey happily resides in Laguna Niguel with his wonderful wife Bria.

Stephen Campos

Assistant Director of Men’s and Women’s Soccer


Stephen Campos, a native of Redlands, California, is an experienced player and coach at different levels. Campos enjoyed a successful playing career at Biola University and later became an assistant soccer coach at Robert Morris University in Chicago, Illinois.

Most recently, Coach Campos formed part of the USL Las Vegas Lights Football Club’s coaching staff during their inaugural season and now brings that energy and professionalism to Westcliff University.

Campos resides in Orange County and is happily married to his wife, Kayla.

Francesca Escobedo

Assistant Coach of Women’s Soccer


Francesca Escobedo currently resides in Fontana, CA. Escobedo played two years at San Bernardino Valley College, then transferred to play one year at Nyack College, New York and finished out her playing career at Whittier College.

Escobedo currently coaches at Manchester City Academy and Riverside City Football Club (RCFC). Francesca also coaches the Notre Dame High School in Riverside, Ca.
